The 2023 CARIBAVIA event will be held June 13-15.

The registration fee is US$ 750 (US$ 705 + 45 fees = 750) for the full 3-day event
This registration fee includes the full program of sessions, on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday as well as lunches and coffee breaks on
the conference days, plus the Welcome Dinner on the first evening and the Farewell Social on the last evening.
Online regstration payments are made by credit card
Registration conditions
The registration fee is payable before the start of the CARIBAVIA event and must be paid in US Dollars.
The payment is necessary to confirm the enrolment. Failure of payment may result in the participant being refused entry of the venue.
Registration deadline is June 13, 2023
Substitution of participants may be made at any time.
Online cancellations can be made up to and including 7 days prior to the event and the registration fee less transaction fees (US$ 45) will be refunded.
After June 5, 2023 no cancellations will be accepted and accordingly no refunds made.
"No shows" are non-refundable and are liable for the full registration fee.
Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
Any person who attends the CARIBAVIA Summit & Retreat grants permission to CARIBAVIA, its staff and agents to record his or her
visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying
written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of CARIBAVIA programs.
Hotel room reservation
After you made your registration, we suggest that you also reserve your hotel room at our venue Simpson Bay Resort where special room
rates are offered to the conference participants.
